It has now been fully restored and is a new reference point for tourists to Umbria. Framed by the unspoilt nature of Badia Val di Rasina, the hotel offers 50 rooms in 3 different farmhouses, all are elegantly furnished with all the comforts, with the greatest respect for the great historical and artistic values that encompass this place. |

| The flag ship of the complex is the restaurant "La Muccheria" it has also been carefully restructured. The intimate and welcoming dining room, which is on two floors provides guests with the opportunity to taste the best traditional Umbrian dishes. These are prepared using organic home grown produce, products of excellence of the highest quality and absolutely traceable. |
